How to make a reservation

Choose to see sample rooms and details about your stay from the website.

Call to ask for details over the phone. If interested, have the staff list the booking order.

Ask for information and make an appointment to view room samples at the institute. If interested, please enter the booking order. (Ask for room information Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 hrs. Tel. 0-82782-8942)

The staff will send an email confirming the appointment to view the room and make a rental contract.

To make a rental contract, the following documents must be prepared:

• 1 copy of house registration
• 1 copy of the student's ID card
• One 1-inch photograph taken within the past 3 months.

In the case of day-rated rooms, availability and room details can be inquired and booked.

Cancellation of all or part of a room reservation will not result in a refund of prepaid room fees in any case.
